What size tire is everyone using on the 10.5's?

 

265/35 is common, i'm gonna fit some 275's on though. i'm currently on 245/40 for the mean time until i save

 

I was looking into it yet im on factory body with 265/35 on 9.5's so this is the reason i was asking.

 

I was running 265/35 on stock body too and am still running 265/35 on my widebody. The handling characteristics change when you go wider, but that is one of the many reasons for running widebody, not just fatter tires. Still, I'll probably look into a set of 285/30 Advan Neova AD08s for my next tire though and stick with that size for future tire replacements if it doesn't cause any problems with my daily commutes (hydroplane, rubbing, etc).

 

I have had 255 and 275 on mine But I think I am going to next time go with 265. Think it looks the best on 10.5 Not meaty and not to stretched

 

can someone send me a pic of there 265 on a 10.5 please.. i dont want to hog this thread up yet its still on topic as everyone has the same size about.

 

I was just wondering for all you guys with the widebody did you take it to a shop that has already done a widebody? I'm seriously thinking about getting this but the problem is i live in indiana and realistically i would not trust anyone cutting into my fenders that hasn't done a widebody already. So how "hard" is it actually for a body shop?

 

I play lego with voltex parts till i get the car in the body shop.

 

i personally like that meaty look, yah 265 is like standard size to go with though for a 10.5 wheel
