Official VOLTEX Picture Thread!
Well I was just happy to finally get voltex canards. And they are actually not installed incorrectly. This is an APR from bumper, and the curves of the canards mesh up on certain parts. Believe me, they are not installed incorrectly.
And what is the problem that I posted something in this thread. It says official voltex thread right? And considering I have something from Voltex, I am allowed to post it. If it is that serious that I posted a few pics of my car here, then oh well. I am sure you will get over it. Have a blessed day.

Im just happy to have them, because I was hating my last set up very much. Now I have a new set up, and pretty new look. Just wanted to show it off a little. After all, Evom is like a bother hood of evo drivers, so hating on others just is immature. Its all good though. Im happy with my set up and the way they look and are positioned on my car. Thats all that really matters anyway.
Okay, well either way, they are not installed incorrectly. With the way the APR bumper is, these canards only fit well with the way they are on there. Any other way, there are gaps between the canard and the bumper.
But if the the canards were on the bumper upside down and backwards, and I liked it, then I would still rock em and show them off where ever I wanted. Just kind of goes to show how I could give two ****$ about what anyone thinks.

I personally just like the way it looks. Because to be honest, I traded my stock IX bumper for this APR bumper with Voltex Canards. I actually got this stuff for free. So there is no complaining on my behalf. The guy even paid to have this bumper painted for my car. It was flat black. That is a deal that I dont think anyone would pass up.

1- They are "Voltex" Canards on an APR/Evo IX front bumper. Which is why they dont fit as designed.
2- By your terms i can put a seat in my engine bay functional or not as it would look good.

These guys just put them on for looks too...
They do not offer the amount of impact a front splitter or rear wing provides, but they do have a profound effect on the way air flows around the side of the car. A huge portion of aerodynamics on cars is keeping the under neath of the car as sealed as possible, these help modifying the air thats going along the lower side of the car around the sideskirts/wheels.

Like I said, I am happy with it. Tell you what, just to be a smart a$$, I might be put some long horns on my hood, tag em with Voltex, just so the stuck up voltex evo drivers can suck on it.
The Voltex carnards dont look so bad on the APR IX bumper. Props to the owner though. It is different looking.
Though I am not a fan of canards anyway. My next Voltex purchase in the future will be a street front bumper and it will not sport the canards.

Yeah, where I am from, I am the only one that is doing it this way. I do not want to look like every other Evolution you see on the road. Down here, there isnt anyone hatin on me. Its all about doing what the individual owner likes, and setting himself apart from others. Really doesnt matter though, w/e anyone does to their car, there will always be some immature idiots to hate on them. Like some of the kids on this thread. Yes I said kids lol.
