Some pics from the Vishnu DynoDay (may not be dial up friendly)
Did anyone get any sneak peaks at the stage 2 EVO? That was there on display, is that your personal car shiv? What kind of #'s does that baby put down? Awesome work as always, Shiv. I trusted you with my WRX, and I'll trust you with my EVO, as soon as I get it

Anyway it looks like a good time was had today, with a pretty good turn-out. I wish I wasn't in the middle of the country as I would have loved to have been there.

Hi guys,
We only had the Stage 2 parts on the display. They weren't installed in a car. We're in the process of doing that now
Hope to have a fully tuned Stage 2 car running within a month or so. Will update the forum as details come in...
Cheers,
shiv

Vishnu Performance Dyno Day and BBQ held at the shop last Sunday 03-Aug-2003. It was originally going to be a showdown between competing tuner products (Vishnu and WORKS), but WORKS felt that conditions of the testing were unfavorable for its products. Anything else I may say would be an interpretation on my part, so if I really recommend that you take your time, read the thread (I linked to a good starting point, if you don't want to read from the beginning), and come to your own conclusions.

Score is writing his review of both days, Saturday was CAL SLAM STAGE III Level I: Are You Ready, Sky Londa? - A Charity Drive in memory of Mike Basile, an Evolutionm.net member who, sadly, passed away at the age of 17 on June 1. Mike's sister, Suzanne, flew in from Fort Lauderdale to drive the 100 mile Coastside Diamond with David in The WORKS Evo VIII, and me in the El Cerrito Mitsubishi Eclipse.
Sunday was CAL SLAM STAGE III LEVEL II: Dyno Day & BBQ @ Vishnu. The shootout thing was an original idea, but maybe it's still too early for dynamic events of this caliber. Resident Team SLAM journalist and reporter, SCORE! (Carlos) will publish his report on both days in an article that will appear in the SLAM Online Magazine on TS FORUMS.
A special thanks from Mike's family to all who supported this exciting weekend!
