Carbon fiber shift knob w/o plastic inserts?

I know this is kind of a stupid thread, but I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a carbon fiber shift knob, one of the ball styles, that isn't a "universal" application. Like the ones with the plastic inserts that you thread onto your shifter. I'm looking for a pre-threaded one. One with metal threads. Any help would be great.

I'm not really sure what you're describing... can you elaborate a little bit.
