I just got done throwing on a few more coats of paint on the exterior and cleaning up the interior. Threw in a new radiator & hoses and cleaned up the FMIC. I'll post new pics soon.

As to the the comments of red vs black. I would have kept it in its original color, but it had some major rust issues and the clearcoat was gone on most of the car. I decided a tough black flat bedliner paint would be more suitable for rally

wow, it's almost a mirror image of mine. Except mine was modified for the track (i believe) i got mine 2 months ago, and i love it too, got 65,000 km's on mine. Check out www.team4g.com for shop manuals and good technical info on these cars. I'm on there as 92lancerevo.

Team4G is cool. Joined up a few weeks ago.
We need to start a thread for all us early Evo's as to what parts we can easily get from the eclipses instead of ordering stuff from japan all the time.

The red was nice but I like the blacked out repaint even more.

Sick I love old Evos. I have a Evo 4 and want a older 2 or 1 like yours for rally racing. Love the flat black man. Painted a friends STI rally car the same color
