Did you happen to notice any new chips in your paint afterwards?

No, the site was pretty gravel free.. only dirt really.. So i don't think i got any new ones.. but the evo paint isn't that great and i already had a few from daily driving.

It was a blast

This was down by Springfield, IL. It actually turns out to be one of my friends families land so i think i am gonna try and setup alot more events there VERY soon. it is a good location and isn't too rough on the cars.. Plus they have farm equipment to keep the rutts away.

I actually am running Falken Azenis Sports.. My stock tires made it ~6K miles... I am at ~9K now.

The dirt at this event was pretty well packed. so they worked fine.

Well, usually watch www.rallycabal.com or www.centralillinoisimports.org We usually post them on there. Same with all the local auto-x we post on centralillinoisimports.org

As for the size i am running 245/45-17 The speedo diff is very minimal.. like ~1%.. So i am not to worried about it.. the are VERY close to rubing though.. but after a rally-x and a few auto-x i am not real worried..

As for if i like them, the sidewall flex is alot worse.. they roll alot more then the yokos.. And they make alot of noise in the turns.. but they seem to grip fairly well, but not as well as the stock yokos do.. but they also don't wear as quickly.. oh, and they where only $492 shipped to my door from www.discounttiredirect.com

Also GET AN ALIGNMENT!!!! it did wonders for my evo.. i am running -1.7* in front and -.5 rear with 0 toe all around. And the car turns in SOOOOO much better.
