For thw windshield nozzels I had to order some clamps from Mitsu along with some weather striping holders because the factory ones would not come out. SO they have yet to be intalled. I will probablly attach them to the bottom anyway.

Over craftsmenship is around an 8 or so on the 10 scale. Its a pretty nice hood. I am satisfied.

You can reach John from G3 Autosport at

princeofauction@yahoo.com they have a site but I lost the address

The hood with shipping and all was $525.00, The quality is very good. Only minimal
modding was needed. I am talking to them about a possible group buy. I will tell of the mods later gotta go!!!

Don't get me wrong; the hood looks absolutely great, BUT....

Isn't it unacceptable to anyone else that it weighs more than stock? Yes, it's only a pound, but it doesn't matter if it's 10 pounds or an ounce. One of the supposed benefits of a hood like this is lighter weight. I really want to get a cf hood, but it won't happen if it's heavier. Wonder what makes the G3 hood weigh so much...is the skeleton very thick or something?
