Any glare issues with the Gruppe-S Triple Gauge Panel with Defi Gauges?

Is anyone experiencing any glare issues with Defi gauges and the grupp-s triple gauge panel?

Also, do the AEM gauges fit without modification? I know they're a bit deeper then the Defi.

Thanks.

I dont have any issues with visibility, or glare with the defi gauges, and the gruppe s panel.

the only thing that you will have to think about with the AEM gauges when it comes to depth is the radio bracket that will sit behind the panel. I know that when I ran some Greddy gauges they were a little too deep, I ended up cutting out the radio bracket in there to make them fit. So keep that in mind.

The best thing that I think you could would be to mock them up before hand and see whats up. I know they will fit in the panel with no issues.

Good luck

Not sure about the AEM, but no issues at all with the DEFI gauges, they are bright, clear and easy to read.

Maybe Gruppe-s will know specifically if the AEM gauge will fit or not. I'm not sure how the panel is from the back, but I figure if I can put the AEM in the middle then maybe it will fit.

I still have to figure out how to get the 52mm aem wideband gauge to fit the 60mm panel since my defi boost is 60mm.

I saw a pic of the panel without gauges in it and it seems the brackets for the panel are only a factor for gauges on the sides, the middle opening should be able to house the AEM gauge no problem.

Does anyone have any experiences?

i think any glare issue you may have will do more with the guage themselves than the gruppe-s panel.

I have the old Defi-D's and they glare at times, but not sure if you've seen Defi-D's before, they don't glow when your lights are off.

i have no real problems with my defi guages sometime in crazy sunlight you may have a little glare. The only reason I may be getting rid of mine is well the boost guage doesnt go high enough but ill wait till I change my setup for that lol.

Not at all. Now the oil pressure sensor went out. I have been trying to contact them about it, but they won't answer back. Gruppe-s was so good sometime back but no more.

Looks like I'll be going with this setup with the radio relocation here in the next week or so. I appreciate everyone's feedback, makes my decision a lot easier!
