[QUOTE=tkrperformance;5752679]here is the fix for the loose flywheel. used the 2.4 auto spacer ring and tacked the bolts after they were torqued down so they will not come loose a 2nd time.

Dude. Loctite works too. You welded the bolts to your FW?

they were not welded to the flywheel. they are tacked to the auto fly wheel spacer. also locktite did not work that is why it was tacked on the flywheel came lose after 2 weeks. they are know for coming lose. A few of the dsm guys have them also and one of the guys came lose 5 times before he welded them to the auto spacer

got more done today on the car with the help of my dad Ken. We got the water bottle mounted after cutting a big hole in the sheet metal to the top of it so it can be filled easy. Got the boost pressure switch installed and set to 20psi to come on and stay on till 27psi. Had to take off the front bumper to get the 2 oem evo III water sprayers in. Als fixed the front bumper with some alum rivits to hold it were it has to be. The bumper did not have the tabs on it when I got it and has been lose sense it went on the car. last thing we did was take out the amp rack and put in the rear cusco tower bar.

In a way you can if you can afford it, Full Race is developing a kit for 240SX's to receive AWD with the RB26.

I thought this thread was gonna be a hack job, but he is really going all out. I'm impressed.

I have built so many dsms and hot rods before and I cant stand hack jobs at all. my cars are never that way sense I am a body/paint tech so they are done the right way to start with. This is why I spent a lot more on all oem mitsu panels for the car and not some cheap body kit for the car
