hey i just got a new evo wing for my oz but i need some help with i need to refinish it because its got some clear coat problems in the cf so i was wondering if anyone knows how to take it apart its got what looks like four bolts on the inside but theyre round tiped so its not like i could use a screwdriver and info will help

 

wrong section...

you don't take it apart. remove those bolts on the inside of the spoiler and you will destroy it.

p.s. don't get an evo wing for your lancer

nd chill with the ricer stuff its a legit evo wing all im doin is replacing my 0z wing its not like i got a huge aluminum wing from autozone people swap wings all the time are they all ricers

you know your driving around all bored and then you see one of these monstrosities in your rear view, your heart rate shoots up and you go into slaying mode.

but then the stupid ricer fly's past you and you see its not what you were expecting..... then you abort and now your whole world is shattered for the next hour or so. its all you think about, that stupid ricer, blah blah blah.



plus what happens when you get schooled by a wrx with a BOV and TBE. then thats one more of them that is convinced his 2002 riced out bug eye is faster than an evo

i like the rant part i get that lol but the thing is im putting alot of work into this car soon a wrx wont beat my oz if you guys all want and in all fairness ill keep the wing off till my oz beats a wrx when that happens can i put the wing on???

 

I still wouldnt go there not matter how fast the OZ is. Point is its no an evo, no matter how much you put on it.

 

i kno im not saying it is but i dont like the oz wing and i didnt want to get a really rice wing so im still puttin it on no matter whatcha yall think

I rather you put it on your wrx than your OZ; reason being is the wrx would actually utilize the true intention of the wing(downforce). If your OZ is converted to rwd/awd then by all means I apologize for calling you a ricer. Until you prove otherwise...
