MFQ Evo Modified Class Champion @ California Speedway RTA
I don't even know where to start. It was a nightmare weekend. My Time attack evo engine bay was empty. Starting Monday of last week. We put and block and head together and drop it in the car 1 day. doing all the other crap including tuning by Friday. Saturday @ RTA, the damn freeze plug keep on popping out. So Saturday was a waste, we didn't even get to practice. Sunday same **** with the freeze plug. So We were about to pack up and head home, but i rather loose trying, then gave up. So within an hour were able to yank the turbo off and the radiator and pound a new freeze plug in. We missed the first Time attack session. The second time session was our only run for the whole weekend, that's when miracle happens even though we lost 2nd and 3rd gear, P.O.S mits tranny . We won the Modified Class AWD and We're Class champion. Jesus save the day. This is our 3rd Win in row Modified Class Champion. This Trophy/weekend will be remember the most O0

vboy is not understating it when he says that we almost left the track empty handed. Nothing went as planned this weekend, but in the end, it all worked out. It would not have been possible without the generous support and contribution from all that are connected or associated with MFQ Motorsports.
vboy did not sleep for three days straight (probably more) getting the car ready for battle. Amazing.
But apart from the victory, this event was great as the cars were very competitive. Auto Club Speedway is just torture on AWD cars or almost any car. So any car that ran and survived has to be given props.
