Yeah things have been held back because I have been waiting on parts. I think I've been scammed out of a set of rear spindles (which I needed to put on my Brembo brakes and IX wheels). So right now I'm planning federal mail fraud and ICCC charges. I might also call the local PD down there in Las Vegas.

Unless someone wants to go to their front door for me

Thank you! I just asked if he would send it out to me in the US. The only problem is the price is higher than I had hoped. That'll make the total cost of my bumper $450. Damn. Crazy how stuff adds up like that.

@Adam, I'm still pondering what route to go. Once I get a job (unemployed right now) I'll start seriously saving up for an engine. I want to run FWD for a while, but sourcing an Evo transmission would be pretty expensive, so I might just buy a 4-6 engine set, use a 4G64 block w/ Evo internals, and run a 2.3 stroker in FWD. Then I'll have the AWD trans set aside for an AWD swap down the road.

Well it seems things are finally coming together. I have started working on the rear bumper, and I will be taking off the front bumper this week. I will also be fitting these are 2004 Ralliart rear spindles. I was sure I was scammed when I paid for them, but they eventually arrived. These should bolt on. I'll remove my driver's side spindle and take some comparison photos.

Since my bumper came without a plate bracket and a missing side vent, Japperformanceparts hooked me up with a plate bracket. At $55 shipped it wasn't cheap, but at least it came in black!

Yeah I have been having some trouble with the bumper. I still need a viable method to mount it properly (need to modify crash bar, heavily. Also the plate mount I was sent was incorrect, and they aren't returning my emails. Never buying from Japperformanceparts again.

Anyhow, in some lighter news (progression wise, I'm in pain from doing this) I got my Ralliart spindles. I had tons of trouble due to wrench issues. (Shucks one was too big, Craftsman one snapped in half, NAPA one just right!). I also have to modify the camber adjustment beams as they are too long, and my stock ones don't fit.

But enough of that, pics:

Brembos to go on once I find some rear pads. I also have to drill new holes in the backing plate to fit.
