The used ones get snatched up quick cause the oem ones are so expensive. I just spent 860$ on a ix bumper and SE lip. And my bodyshop got me a deal.

 

there is a evo 9 carbon fiber one for sale... for 600 not sure if you want carbon fiber :-D but they pop up every once in a while... just gotta keep looking

 

If you really want to save some money, go to a second rate body shop. Tell the manager you'll pay for the labor of install and such if they offer you what they pay for parts. Usually they get about 20 to 30 off list and a lot of place don't mind doing this to get some business.
