I actually bought a new lower bumper grill from an 8 & cut it to fit the upper grill on my 9. It was a pain in the a$$ but I didn't want to see the bracket or the holes removing it would leave. I think the grill was like $90 though so it wasn't a cheap mod to do. I Have also removed the cheap CF rear badge that was on in that pic & replaced it with the "EVOLUTION" portion of an Evo 7 badge painted satin black.

How do people get their MR Badges on the front grille of the IX's to say put? (Crazy glue them to the grille? lol)

On my 8 I used double sided 3m tape. So I pushed the MR badge against the grille and took double sided tape (only removed the backing on one side of the 3m tape) and placed it on the other side of the grille. So I have 2 sticky pieces pushed together with the grille in between them. I didn't waste time thinking of something special so I did that last August and it's still like it was a year ago.

I have a WW IX and I wanted to have red on the front and back. Would it be easier to pull the stock ones off and paint them (also with what paint)?
