you can swap a 9 bumper onto an 8 with no prob bolting in up top and stuff.

i just thought maybe the bottom of the bumper would be the same too with different styling in-between.

you just arnt reading it correctly.
let me break it down to an infantile level for you then:

the bumper cover of an Evolution 9 will mount up to a evolution 8's bolt holes and everything around the lights and radiator support area.

thats why i wondered if the bottom of the bumper( where the cool little shiny lips go, yay! ) was the same kind of deal. "interchangeable".

just because everyone hasnt owned an evo since it came out and hasd some simple questions, doesnt mean you have to try and be "mr super bad-***" because you're modded to hell and back.

i have built more true race cars than you will ever touch. but i'm not an ******* to people because they are new to their cars.
