Honestly, I swear I have seen somewhere where is called the imperial color amber and the metric color red.

I have always understood what imperial and metric means (I am an engineer). And actually, buddy, imperial means psi instead of bar. Bar is metric.

If there is absolutely no color difference between imperial and metric then the decision is easy. Who in the US would want metric!!??

I'm in the US and have metric gauges. It's easier for me to understand the metric system. Everything is in tenths... imperial is in quarters.

I figured that there are some that prefer metric. I guess it is personal based on what you are familiar with. If we were good, then we could accept either metric or imperial without a problem!
