I would gladly take on this task for anyone interested, depends on if anyone wants to come to 48135 in MI. It's a very low cost mod, and quick to do.
The headliner is the hardest part, we do headliners at my shop so I have done a lot. We use special glue that comes in a 5gal drum and goes into a special gun, so it doesn't come falling off on you down the road.

And it never hurts to spray the glue on both materials either, just go light on the suade
The steering wheel sucks, I'm not going to lie... Only because I had a bad experience. I had to make a tool to get the 8mm loose, once it was loose, and I pulled it off, the 2 harness's I had to unplug got snagged on the wheel itself and pulled my clockspring apart. Good thing none of the tabs that keep it locked together broke. It did take a while to get it back in the correct place though.
