apparently it's one of those hi-Riser, donk, box, and bubble style (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hi-Riser_(automobile)) cars.
I think these things are the dumbest looking I've ever seen on the road. They look ridiculous, have no specific function, & greatly hinder a car from operating properly.

There is no way any of those cars can be nice lol. Sweet, 88' Crown Vic on 22's with a NASCAR paint job. Lame.
Theres so many of those rolling trash cans here its not even funny
