Contrasting Mirror Color - Opinions?
I am a real fan of racing and like the look. I wanted to mimic that on my track day/TT evo. So I bought another set of mirrors and had them painted to match my wheels. I finally got them back and put one on to see what it will look like. I think it looks bad ***, but the prior look was growing on me. Kind of a lot of white going on in the front with nothing to balance it out in the back. I dunno?
What do you think? opinons pos or neg welcome. Thanks so much

It is a very stark contrast with the GG, not for everyone, but I think it stands out at the track. I always liked race cars with white wheels (and white cars with black wheels for that matter)
The mirrors being lighter definitely makes them look freakin' huge. I like it though. I think it'd be better with some smaller mirrors, but I still like the concept.
A few different concepts for those stripes ranging from pit crews being able to identify their cars (in a race where all cars looked identical?) or different colors meaning different experience levels and rankings among racers back in the 60s. Alot of the guys here at work are saying it is the latter.

they do look huge don't they
, i'm contemplating getting the racing mirrors. I think the guy that took the first shot squashed it in editing or somthing. It looks low, long and mean, compared to the second.
