You would also want to get softer motor/tranny mounts to eliminate some of the vibration. And getting some highway tires will do wonders for the road noise. Soft mounting the seats would help too I would guess (some sort of rubber bushing, probably need to be custom). You can also get the thermal blanket to wrap the turbo and DV to muffle some of that noise. Maybe new injectors to get rid of the idle clicking. The hardest thing would probably be the wind noise, but you could try a regular lancer windshield (slightly thicker), remove the wing, and dynamat inside the roof and doors etc like was already suggested. And some Airtabs to put along all the leading edges (A pilar, front of fenders, etc.) to smooth out the wind. And you can get some of those fancy noise canceling headphones and drive around with those on, my bro picked up a set back when he was commuting by plane a lot. The options are endless really
