We've all been looking into replacement bulbs for the stock fog lights. But what about adding seperate fogs that are lower to the ground and give off that awesome super yellow glow? Are there any products out there that could work?

 

PIAA probably has some, but i'm not sure. I have an evo III with big dinnerplate style PIAA foglamps at the bottom, not sure if they have a bracket that would fit the 8 bumper though

 

How do you like the PIAA fogs? Do you prefer those over white light fogs?

 

well actually, mine are white, but PIAA does make yellow ones too. I can't stand yellow lights at all. But I do like having big foglights, i can see a whole lot more.

 

Where would you mount them? I haven't seen pictures of a VIII with any lights added yet.

 

no idea, i guess you could mount them on the side holes by the intercooler, under the lights. That's where they are on mine, but my car has big *** holes just calling for foglamps, heh.

I don't know what the big deal is with yellow...stock is fine with me....I would try out hid fogs but that is a lil redundant

btw the SCCA evo 8 has some cool looking driving lights...kinda big though
