Hey guys I'm looking for this high quality picture of a blue time attack evo IX with white rims, its a moving shot on a track i think and its a side shot.

Really had to bump it that much huh? I think you'll have to be more specific than that. The only blue time attack Evos i can think of was the old Sparco TA car that was an VIII and the RRE TA car that did not have white wheels as far as i can remember.
