What Fenders are these?

I hope i am in the right forum i checked basically the entire forum but got nothing for C-West Wide body this looks like the HRS Voltex Front Fender but no idea what rear fender is that.

Also for the Voltex wide fender is it possible to run TE37 18X10.5 + 15 offset? or the wheels are too aggressive for aftermarket fender.

I saw the Evasive evo they did some more modifying for the fenders to fit the TE37..but want to make sure

It was made by a company in Japan back in '05 I believe. It was an extreme-limited run.

If your looking for something like this, I recommend you fab the APR Rear Fenders, or purchase the Do-Luck rear fenders.

Yes that was Nagisa's demo car, with Garage HRS Front Fenders.

That setup will fit fine... We have seen it done on plenty of Evo's.

The rear fenders were made by a company named D.C.T but no information can be found on that company any more, so who knows if they're still in operation let alone if the kit is still in production.
