Looks Great........ That is some clean Fabrication, I think that is the First Mounting I have seen for a Meth pump on the Tranny looks pretty good.

Thanks for the Bad News on the T-Case but I will do a Partial Pull and Should be pretty easy to disconnect.

thank you for all the comments everyone.. I appreciate them...

sikwititevo9 --- the twin BOV valve theory has to do with driveability in my cars set up. each valve has different spring rate . Therefore under varying degrees of engine load ( both vacuum and boost), each valve shall react accordingly.. It was simply an experiment that I was doing with the car and consequently found that it worked for me.

Not much to report people.. I was busy playing golf all day yesterday for a work outing.. so I did not have time to mess with the car. I have however completed some small miscelaneous stuff, like replaced the hub assembly on the passenger side, had to make a new connector for my defi oil pressure sensor, and new vacuum lines for the wastegate.

today I will be receiving the rest of my bends for the wastegate dump. So hopefully I can fabricate that tonight, have everything welded by tomorrow and with some luck, fire this thing up by friday

Yes it looks awesome, I'm glad you enjoy it. The black matches well with the engine bay.

You will have to post some videos after you get it up and running.

Kris-- I will definitely post some videos once it is done.

Thank you for the comments everyone, I truly appreciate them.

PROGRESS REPORT:
Yesterday We finished up the dumptube, thank you Chris and steve for all the help.

on to the pictures

I am using 1.625 ID 304 SS for the construction of the dump tube.
From the top. Basically the gate dump faces the block, makes a 90 degree bend towards the powersteering, then a 90 degree down to the floor, ending with a maybe 30 degree kick. We did this, so that it looks asthetically pleasing to the eye ( i.e all the pipes are in the same relative geometric plane to each other.
Top view

the kick towards the power steering

The bend directly out of the gate ( boy is it tight in there)

side view by the downpipe

a better shot by the down pipe

under side view

and a better shot from the underside

thats finally it for fabrication. Also we marked the location of The O2 bungs ( which are also SS). Everything will be welded up this evening. My buddy Chris will weld all this up, because I do not have stainless wire in my welder. Plus I think you are supposed to use Argon gas when welding stainless. Oh everything will be migged because I also do not have access to a Tig welder.

hope you have enjoyed the little fab work.

Things left to do:
1) Shave the front motor mount bracket so that the Intake pipe can clear it
2) Add fluids to everything
3) Bleed the Hydro TOB
4) build the -4 AN pro lite vacuum hoses to the Wastegate..
5) fire it
6) beat the **** out of it

Its getting close people..
