Ive just bought an 03 Evo VIII, and ive got a quick question. I am wondering if anyone can confirm for me that the front clip is definetly from an VIII and not a IX. I dont really know the difference... We dont get to see too many older Evos up here in Canada. I am particulary interested in the mesh. The black paint on it is peeling, and i want to know if this mesh is stock. Thanks alot.

hey, did u have a post at mitsunation bout trading ur gts to an evo?? looks pretty good. how much difference did u have to pay?

 

the paint on the mesh sucks. I have an IX with less than 25k miles and the mesh looks like its been sand blasted. I'll probably repaint it next year.
