evo 7 EXTREME??
i just got a question, do evolution imports sell these extreme models. i think there pretty cool. there much cooler than our evo 8 here. besides if i would spend a lot of money on our US evo, i'd rather take this baby home. it's much more pricier though, but it's worth it.it uses ralliart parts and it looks tighter than the evo 8. i specially like the black/silver one, the regular extreme not the s.

The first EVO VII that pics were posted of looks like one of those ricer-in-progress cars with the different color bumpers. Ecept its not primer on the EVO.
Kind of like seeing a silver Caddy with gold trim.....
Sweet specs though.

i got exactly the same thing in mind. i kinda like the black one that i just posted. the look cool in their scheme and they match the rims perfectly. i wish i could get my hands on that ASAP. if i can't i would do the same thing with my OZ, not the red one, the black one.
i know man. how the hell did they decide to pick the white on red color scheme on the s model. they should have picked the black on silver as the s model.
there's something weird in mitsubishi now IMO. the way they designed the 8th evo too kinda makes me turn off my interest on evos. also the way the ralliqart lancer that's comin' to US. they should have sent us the ralliart version of the OZ. well anyway we can't do anything bout it, so let's live with it

i also recognized that the extreme doesn't use brembo brakes. it uses BPracing. it kinda looks good with the rims. anybody know what rims does it use.

Strange to find these pix on a US site as they're from a another site of which I'm a member here in Northern Ireland!
I'll try to explain as best as I can about these cars.
The first Evo Extreme (VI) was the UK equivalent to the Jap Zero-Fighter, the name was changed in case persons took offence (I think you all know the reason why anyone would be offended). It had all the Ralliart mods fitted Interior pieces, exhaust, ECU etc. It had about 340 Bhp and was easily distinguished by the more aggresive carbon splitter and skirts.
The Colt Car Company AKA Ralliart UK were the sole licensed importer and seller of the Evolution VI's and most of the VII's in the UK. They imported and converted the Japanese cars to UK standards and then sold them as 'official UK' cars. They also built their own special editions because they were the biggest licensed importer and also because they had most experience developing and tuning Evolution models. The result is we get what are basically aftermarket tuned versions kitted with some Ralliart mods, the VII Xtreme, Xtreme S and the Xtreme SC!!! In May 2002 they sold the license to use the Ralliart name back to Mitsubishi and became Xtreme Autos.
Hope this helps a little.
BTW: The wheels are called Team Dynamics Vanquish

That's not an Extreme S unless they swapped out or painted the side mirrors and door handles. The site shows the S having black mirrors and handles, which makes sense since they say it is based off the RS model. The pictures have painted mirrors and door handles.
While they were at it they also took the Extreme S sticker off the front left corner of the hood and off the rear doors.
I'm guessing that 7 is not really an Extreme at all, it just looks like one.
