Windows go up/down extremely slowly?

Recently bought a new battery. I never really noticed this but my windows go down/up extremely slowly. It would take around 7 seconds for 1 window to roll up, slower if I'm doing 2 windows at a time. The issue is the same when the car is running and not running. What could be the issue? Bad battery? Can't be the motors since all 4 windows go up at the same (slow) speed. Any ideas?

what voltage are you measuring across your battery terminals car on and off? Also check/clean your ground connection on the battery.

Also likely to be a dirty window track or binding window regulator inside the door.

Try silicon spray in the window tracks.

Wouldn't some windows go up slower than others? I doubt all the tracks went bad. I'll try testing the battery, if that's not it I guess I'll check out the tracks.

I checked my car: engine on window down 4 seconds, up 5 seconds; engine off window down 5 seconds, window up 6 seconds.
