Evo #3, My TME RS
I'm in the Air Force stationed just outside Tokyo. This is my new to me 2000 Evo VI TME RS. I'm a evo fanatic and this is now the 3rd one I've owned. I had a IX I sold when I got my orders to Japan, then a JDM IV before I decided to find what I consider the best Evo made. I plan to bring it back to the US with me, but the only way to do so seem to be as a race car. I was lucky enough to find a close to stock example at a local Tokyo dealer with 87,000 km . The only mods were SS brake lines, motor mounts, fan controller(not sure what that helps), and a turbo timer(I've since removed). I've just done a few light mods: 17X8 Weds Sports TC-005, Evo IX DV, Evo VII ecu, rear strut tower bar, Recaro driver seat, a few cosmetic touch ups, and Amsoil fluids(engine, trans, TC, and rear LSD) on the way. Can't wait to see what it can do on the track.
