it's fiberglass actually

I have a urethane varis style lip that I might put on just to see how it looks at some point

I had emailed jdp and inquired about a fiberglass or urethane version...they said they had a fiberglass one in stock...not sure if they regularly produce them

 

looks good, and you did a damn good job on it. i prefer the original setup though.
