Evolento, would you post in DIY section the steps. I've not heard of 'aircraft stripper' and i know that there are prep situs to consider. also, what tools did you use to sand? how fast a spin (HP, or watts reference) did you have? clean up? etc. i've got an '05 hood that is a spare and want to do this to.

if you have the mr or RS, go for it, but the trunk is steel

I think if you had the aluminum roof (MR/SE/RS) and polished it, also the rims could be shinier you'd really have the look.
But I give you props for innovation, and I still think its cool looking as is.
