bye bye evo
its just a car.. at least in your friends stupidity(maybe).. nobody was seriously injured. cars can always be replaced(thats why we have insurance), not people.
good luck with the next car.
good luck with the next car.
ive never had a problem letting my brother or friend drive my car mainly they are mature enough to not act like a 16 year old behind the wheel. to the op that sucks man but you are right your friend did do something stupid but it wasnt like he took your car that morning with the intention of totaling it, stuff happens, and to everyone else who says the would never let anyone drive their cars, maybe you should hang out with more mature people. just my .02
glad you guys are ok. I have a VERY FEW people who drive my car.. a very FEW...
A friend of mine once driving mine had an accident that caused all damage underneath. From the LICP till the exhaust tip. I was crazy mad but i knew it wasnt his mistake. But since then, nope.. sorry! no ones driving my car anymore.
best of luck with the other car

Hey sorry for your loss and good luck with the the purchase of your IX!!! Post pics when you pick it up!
Now, I agree with the few people in here who actually let their friends drive their cars..evo or not...drunk or not....or for whatever other reason you can think of...... I have let several of my friends drive my car with me in it and without me in it... no ill effect to date and if something were to happen, they'd either pay the deductible or we would work something else out. A car is a car and its insured for a reason...in case something as unfortunate like this were to happen to anyone else.
Although I LOL at the guy who made the comparison about our cars and our girlfriends, I disagree. NO I would not let anyone 'drive' my girlfriend and I would never put my car in the same category as my girlfriend...hence why I let my friends drive my car.
