And when it comes to police, I don't think LEDs make the plate any more noticeable than traditional bulbs. The average bulb still illuminates the plate, LED lighting just looks cleaner. Don't forget, when a cop is tailing you, his headlights will do the job of making your plates readable

I've had them in most of my cars, some of the euro cars will throw a "license plate light" error. I do like the way they look though.

Yah, if the cops see your license plates flip up they won't even bother trying to pull you over.. they'll probably just assume you're jason statham and give up.

Trust me, by the time you realize you need to flip ur plates up, the cops will already have them on the camera and/or already be chasing you so basically you're ****ed either way. And if you're cruising around with your plates flipped up, you'll get pulled over for that too.

LEDs make your car look a little classier, same as HIDs. Unless you put them under your car to try and make everyone think that your car has a blue shadow.. and then you're a ***.

I also have white LED bulbs in my license plate lights and interior dome lights. They look great! They will also fit in the turn signal sidemarkers if anyone wants to put some there.
