Looks Like a coolant line of some sort for the turbo but its weird since its on a VIII because that looks like the old style line for the Older 4G63 motors.

I believe its something to do with the anti lag system.

yeah its on my IX RS as well.. i believe only the jdms have it.. USDM manifolds dont have the housing for it but i removed it. if i'm correct its to work in assistance to the lean spool..

will it work for usdm though? if i purchase a jdm turbo manifold will it be able to fit? and is it that useful to purchase one?
