She is gone....forever....
I don't like the genesis at all but I wouldn't say it's a downgrade...especially from an EVO which is made from plastic and sh*t...
going from Mitsu to ANYTHING can't be a downgrade period
going from Mitsu to ANYTHING can't be a downgrade period
I think it is funny that all these people are hating on this guy and telling him that he is downgrading. His Evo was making 550 freaking whp, which is a hell of a lot more than most people on here. Could just be time for a change. I don't really know much about the Genesis, but I think they look really good. Hopefully you will do a review of the two cars stock for stock.

Suprised to see a lot of evo owners bash their evos.
About the e46m3 and s4, ive owned 2 boosted audis and driven a few e46m3. I have the evo and am in the process of doing a 35R. The EVO is way more fun and more potential than those PERIOD.
Sorry man, I consider this a downgrade.

While a nice car, the "haters" are right. It has a SIMILAR engine to the new EVO's but it will never, never be as good as the real thing, the Hyundai version is far inferior in modability and gains.
Hell... if you just wanted something nicer why not get a EvoX? People are getting crazy gains just from a mbc and it looks sick, 100x better than the genesis. Its a nice car, yes, but its no evo.
I know you'll defend your purchase to the death, i mean, what else would you do? Say you regret it? Too late. I actually feel bad for you, maybe... maybe you still have a mooligan time and they'll let you take it back, I'd def. try it. I heard somewhere there's such thing w/ brand new cars... give it a try man.

Congrats on the Genesis man. I was really interested in buying one before ending up buying my 2010 Ralliart. Price wise the car is awesome and if it werent for the rwd ( only because I live near Chicago ) I would have bought it but I had a 350Z before and rwd out here is horrible in the winter.

I will miss your Evo
