What's with all the car's with wheels without centercaps?

Some really nice looking Evos; especially the GG with CCWs.

Advan RS' don't come with center caps and it's $200+ for a set. I don't think RPF1's come with them either. Those are cheaper though.

anyone know the size and specs on the sbc rpf01s in the 2nd and 3rd pic?
