^^ Still waiting for my EVO VI TME Trunk and Wing pare.

That would complete the exterior parts that I have.

Now I need to install the front bumper.

Standard EVO V wheels are 17X7.5 wide with 225/17/45 tires.

What size of wheel spacers do I need to make it look like 17X9 so that it can be flush with the front and rear fenders?

25mm? 38mm? or 50mm?

Thanks for the help.

Okay I went ahead and googled the conversion to millimeter to inches.

38mm = 1.5inches

So that makes the 17X7.5 a 17X9 wheel size when you use the 38mm spacer?

what you need to do is measure the distance from the front of the wheel to exactly where you want the wheel to sit.. that will be the exact size adapter you need... and make sure you say and buy an adapter.. spacers are just rings..adapters have studs pressed in them, and you bolt them to your hub, with no need for extended studs..although at 38 + mm, i dont think extended studs could be used anyways

the 38mm only works if the offset was much lower, then all 1.5" would be outward... if you have 2 wheels 17x7.5 and 17x9 with the same offsets, then the wheel will only come out 3/4" further than the 17x7.5..becuase half of it goes inward too...(im sure you knew that, this was a "just in case" response..lol)

but to answer your question, if you did want all 1.5" outward from where the wheel sits now, then a 38mm adapter is perfect

but just measure from the face of the wheel, to where you would like the wheel to sit after you put on adapters, and there you go

you wont be able to use evo 5 rims on that stock offset. you have to use wheel adaptors or go awd.
