Well it was a busy few days but a fun trip going to get the evo. It had its rough spots but let me tell you I get more excited about buying and driving an evo then anything else.

Thought all Evo 8-9 had chrome inserts. For some reason I thought these were done by Evodan.

 

when looking for my evo i ignored all the TB ones since my other car was black, this makes me change my mind..

 

All IX's had black tail lights.

Got alot done today. Rusted manifold bolts are out and Forced Performance is sending me a new set from a handy stud/nut kit they have. Basically most everything is out of the way and ready for cleaning now. The car appears to have sat quite a bit. I'm going to replace the brake lines, etc. All the wiring needs to be gone through also. I found quite a bit of errors that need sorted out... Even the vacuum lines that are tied into the fuel pressure regulator need to be changed.... Actually having a blast.

 

I didnt know you were on here too Very cool. I was looking at pics tonight of the RS4 and I sure do miss the interior.... Actually lots I miss, but I really enjoy playing around with my cars. If not I'll just sit around, play COD on the xbox, and get fatter
