Yeah I am happy overall. The guy just doesnt know much about cars so everything wasnt a big deal to him. The cd player didnt even work and he didnt even know it. But I am having fun going through everything anyways. I'm rewiring the defi's tonight and will have the dash back together. I am also removing the turbo, radiator, and misc to get ready to install the new stuff. Most of the dirty work is cleaning the engine bay. The car sat alot so everything is coated with a light layer of corrosion. Its cleaning up nice though. Just waiting on parts now...

I wish I would have known.... I have a black 9 and have been looking for a black RS4.
I'll include pics of an orange one for grins.

Wouldve worked out great. I had a perfect RS4 with nice mods.

Well I found the problem LOL... I have no idea why they didnt use the stock metal one???

The shop that did the work did such stupid things... I spent all day rewiring. Gonna finish it tonight. Just had to take a dinner break, hit the hot tub, hit something else, and then back out to the garage

Well got tired of trying to figure out why the defi's only illuminate when the lights are on. I checked, double checked, and triple checked. Everything is where it is suppose to be. I even looked inside the control unit. Its a mystery. They are suppose to illuminate and then dim when the lights are on. Not happening??? Found out where they put the wide band cable. They ran it up front LOL... Rewired the mic for bluetooth, sirius, etc. Radio sounds great and need to concentrate up in the engine bay. This will do for now...

Just need to clean up the interior a little. I still want to work on the guages more but its a start...

Good to see you back. You can't go wrong with the Fp Green I put mine to work along with the rims and tires you sold to me at the auto x track
