look to the bottom of the mount... to the left. it is bad pic.. but thats the line i need (silver)

the second line is the one all the way to the left of the picture... its the power steering pressure line (name might be wrong)



this is a better pic of the power steering pump pressure line i need... look at the hge line at the top of the pic. (silver line connected to the hose)

 

Just dropped off the needed lines!

 

A lot of hard work going on here. Keep up the good work Bro. Looking fwd to seeing the completion. Well, most Evo's here are never completed

ok.. so we got things under control... the car is finally being assembled!

took the rad support off again to make it easier for the mounts install...

I GOT A CALL FROM THE BODYSHOP SAYING "WE GOT ISSUES... COME TO THE SHOP!"

NOW HERE COMES THE PROBLEMS... on the tranny side.. something wasnt right...



the nuts barely went on...







ISSUE #2

the downpipe wouldnt seat properly... weirdest f'in thing! after some inspection... the downpipe was hitting this bracket...

SO... I CALLED MY BUDDY, AND HE TOLD ME TO REMOVE THE BRACKET..

muchh better!

 

i then called joel from speed theory, and told him the mount issue. the bodyshop didnt have the bolts that replace the studs on the tranny. avid overnighted the bolts to me, and the bodyshop replaced them!

 

PICKED UP THESE MINT BBS MR SE WHEELS... they do need tires

 

i got excited after seeing the car yesterday..

 

went there today... and saw this...

 

Looks like she's coming along. Curious about the down pipe issue. Not sure what to make of it.
Was it an odd fit due to something being bent or just the aftermarket exhaust header design?
