I have no clue to be honest with you. The only thing that was different is that the turbo went from being a 9.8 hotside to a 10.5 hotside

or... Maybe since the mount was off... On the tranny side... That maybe it was leaning a little to the driver side and it has hitting the bracket!

Yes.. As a matter of fact. I dont know if its bad news or good news...

On wednesday i dropped off a new rad fan and the p/s oil cooler line. They said the car will be ready to start that day. Me getting excited told them to call me when they go to do it so i can leave work. I get a call from them hours later saying that the car cranks... But wont start.

So i rush over there and try to diagnose the issue. We tried all the fuses... And relays.. Nothing

then we try power to the pump.. Because i wasnt hearing it pump... Nothing

we gave up and i told the shop that i will come back tomorrow since im off.

I got there bright and early and remembered that a friend of mine told me to put a scan tool on the car. Sure enough.. It was the crank position sensor.

So i ordered one.... And im waiting for it to come in. I was told that the timing belt has to come out to get it and its best if i do a timing belt service on the car. Im officially broke.. So i cant afford to do it..

A buddy told me that he can get the sensor replaced for me so ill give it a shot. I hope thats the only issue.

OK... WE TRIED TO INSTALL THE CRANK SENSOR.

i got a call from the mechanic. he said that there is shreads of my timing belt on the bottom of the crank pully area. he also mentioned that the timing belt skipped a a tooth or two.

the bodyshop said that they will finish their job, spray the car.. and then i can tow it out of there and then do a compression/leakdown test to see if i have bent valves. if i dont have bent valves.. do a timing belt service and keep it moving... or.......................... if i have bent valves, the heads gotta get some work done. FML!!!!!!

so i gotta do what i gotta do! if the valves are bent... im going to throw my 2.3l stroker in there and make power! then when its all done.. take this swap and fix the head and then put it in the evo shell i have!
