Brembo powder coating service

Are your Brembos turning pink? Is your clear coat flaking off?

We are now offering a Brembo powder coating service.

Why powder coating instead of paint?
Powder coating is much more durable than any paint out there, resistant to chipping, and heat resistant. If your looking to have your calipers look new for years not months, powder coating is for you.

Are the calipers disassembled when powder coated?
Yes, we completely disassemble the calipers prior to coating.

-Calipers are completely broken down
-All seals are removed
-We media blast all calipers prior to coating
-Bolt ends now coated to match your calipers
-New Brembo decals are applied underneath a thick layer of powder coat clear
-Calipers are reassembled and inspected
-New rebuild kits are available

For a quote please pm us the following information:
-Your email (we like to keep quotes on file)
-Color interested in
-If wanting a rebuild with new seals/dust boots

Colors:
We are able to get our hands on basically any color you want, if it's made we can get our hands on it.

Before we show you our work, please take a second to look at these pictures. We see this alot around here from calipers that are not disassembled and painted.
These were painted and were not disassembled as our customer was told it was "not necessary":

As you can see the seals and pistons have overspray:

The crossover is not removed, sanded, or taped off. Since there is no proper way to sand this, more than likely the paint will start to chip from this area as you can see:

These were media blasted but media was inside the calipers. Media + brake fluid =

Last pictures shows what happens when your calipers are painted and not disassembled. This happens if for any reason you need to separate them:

We sure can.
We just need to know exactly when we would be receiving your calipers.
Also need to make sure we have the right color decals here, and correct color your wanting for your calipers.

Lastly we need to make sure you don't need a rebuild on the calipers. There are some calipers, usually track cars, that have some pretty bad seals that NEED to be replaced. We honestly can't tell you if your calipers need a rebuild until we have them disassembled. If your wanting them rebuilt with new seals we can have them back to you in that deadline.

These look great. If you're getting calipers redone, you've got to go colorful for sure. Not the same ole red.

I'm so glad a vendor is finally offering a service like this. I will definitely get in contact with you sooon because my calipers are awful.

By any chance, do you any pic of yellow calipers?
