My winter IX RS project cleanup

This morning, I woke up to a package waiting for me:
Legal rubber

I wasn't too big of a fan of these tires on my Yellow SRT4 back in the day, but I have heard good things about them on AWD cars, and I got a really good deal. The other benefit is that they are truly DOT legal, unlike Hoosier QTP's, that are DOT racing class legal, but not made for the street. I will let you know how these hook!

Hell yeah
I have run the 15" QTP for the past 2 years, but I was just lucky enough to borrow them from different people at STM. Huge thanks to Cory, Emery, and Chris Cesna, but it was finally time to get my own
I did this same trend on my SRT4, and loved it!! They SRT comes with 17" tires, but I found I could fit a 15 x 7 rota slip on it, so I did that, ran this M&H tire on there and immediately cut .5 off of my ET. I later switched to ET Drags on those same rotas, and dropped another .5 off of my ET. That was a whole different animal though, with FWD and open differential. I think these will be much better!

They work really well and I drove all over with them. I did multiple 2 hour drives and they do their job. Good luck with them. And more Lana pics please
You my friend are a wiring and weight reduction madman! Awesome job with everything. I can also tell you I'm the number 1 fan of the "neonglh engine bay fan club". Love it man. keep up the good work.
I wasn't sure what he ran, but that sounds about right! Not that it matters that much, but that is all on the stock block and unported head as well, which is kind of neat!
we have locally. The car would just squat, hook and go. QTPs i could spin them last year with break boosting from a 30 roll and only 500whp on normal streets. M&H even told me last year they are more of a street racing(again not that i advocate that or would participate in such a event)tire. On the track i could MPH the hell out of them but the 60 just wasnt there with them. i got a set mounted if you wanna try them out before you mount them on your rims
