It's an e85 fuel tester.

Not yet. I still need to get the parts installed and tune it. Then I'm going to touge factory to get the fenders rolled and install them.

I'll get pics up once they're installed

Thank you! Hopefully get to meet you in person there. Chicago is going to have some quick evos this season

Update: All parts are in from MAP. I'm going to be meeting with Evokid03 to help me complete it.

I have my headlights and tailights out, but I can't get a hold of evodave. I wanted to paint both lights a flat black to match my rims and bottom portion of my jdm bumper. I have someone who can do them for me but is it worth the risk of something going wrong? or do I just keep the stock ix's?

Your list is looking good!

I personally would do the headlights myself.

It's a pretty cheap and easy process. Will cost around $12 in supplies if you already have a heat gun.
Remove headlights, heat up seam, pry apart with your man hands, remove screws to get bezel out, scuff with pad, clean with spirits, apply Krylon paint of your choice, reinstall bezel, heat up seam, press together, let cool and apply thin layer of silicone (rv goop), and it good to go.
How's that for a write-up? Lol.

I've done this to several vehicles from different manufacturers and it's held up for years.

Good luck.

Maybe we can meet over a trade.
How about before you paint the tailights we trade tailights and have mine painted??? I want Evo 9 tailights. Im not liking the chrome Evo 8 tailights anymore.
Probably think Im crazy but I figured I would ask.

I've had someone offer me that deal. The thing is, the color of the housing isn't the only difference. The 9s have a LED style lighting (it's a fake LED set-up) which the 8s don't have.

Managed to get the headlights free When I get a chance, I'll be working on the tails. Then I'm going to get them sanded and painted professionally
