i dont care about the port work unless it was magically blessed by jesus himself it aint gonna make a 2l put out those #'s on that small of a turbo.

I guess this puts all your other 700+whp builds into perspective. You did not produce 680 @ 21psi on a 6262. Sorry, you just didn't.

680whp does does seem like a bit much with just 21psi, I didn't believe it when i read it but I guess dyno's don't lie?

Love the car though, sick! Get ROTA GRIDS white wheels and the car will be Pimp. Not feeling the black with blue lip

dyno operators can certainly lie though.

Sounds like you need to talk to Mike Angel, our tuner, because YES, this car absolutely did make that power at that boost.

do you even know how turbos work? a turbo that 'small' simply will NOT move enough air on a 2L motor to make those kinda #'s ESPECIALLY on pump gas.

that is unless you had a genie sprinke magic dust on it...

sounds like SOMEONE is full of ****.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...ing-power.html

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...tuned-psi.html

this is a much bigger turbo, at DOUBLE the boost 'only' making 200 more whp than yours. what a joke.

where the **** are you getting an extra 200 whp at same or less boost on pump gas out of the same turbo?
i can see 30-50 more hp from timing/different cams etc theres always gonna be a little variance, but 200 more horsepower than anyone else has put down with 4-5lbs of boost less?

BULL ****.

I don't doubt the car makes that power, but I think your boost gauge is off by 10psi.

Another thing, all of that money put into a gorgeous car, and it has eagle rods and an eagle crank. Lol? Plus it's sitting on rotas. Kind of blows my mind. I'm not knocking Rota owners, but they are generally considered a budget brand.

Where is the boost plot? And what fuel was this on? Obviously not pump gas.

As for the Eagle rods and crank, agreed. NOT our choice of internals and when I told the customer we didn't want to push that power level with those internals, his response was pretty much that he was just going to trust the tune and if it nuked, we'd do an Insane Speed spec race engine. Over a year later, racing everything in sight, it still runs perfectly.

E85. I'll have our Tuner post on the boost level, proper configuration of the Mivec, etc....Mike Angel's reputation as a tuner for the last 15yrs proceeds him, so when he says 21psi, that's what it made.
