Hey guys,
Sorry for the delay, but I;ve been so damn busy with the actual car I forgot to upload pics for you. Here is the progress I've made in the past few days.
Jams were prepped and painted. Taking to doors off an evo is SUPER easy. All 4 door took maybe 30 minutes and I was by myself.
Started Taping
Sealer
Being sealed
and finally some COLOR!!
Underside of the hood was painted "underhood black"
New gauge placements. AEM A/F gauge placed in the cluster and aquamist controller got a nice new home.
Trunk rinolined
And someone on here asked for another pic of the shiftboot. Here ya go
And some woodchuck to keep the days progress going strong.

You asked for some input so here it is.
1. Buy a respirator
2. Use the respirator
3. Follow 1&2 (ESPECIALLY WHEN USING THE ACID ETCH PRIMER!)
4. Don't clear the headlights, just sand and rotary polish them. You don't want clearcoat on your headlights.
Okay no more numbers, but the last things I would do are; relocate the rear bumper bolt, roll the inside lip in where the bumper bolt is currently located (or else you'll kick yourself later, trust me), shave a slight bit of the rear bumper inner edge near bumper bolt and I'd also consider a slightly roll of the lip on the front fender. You don't want to have to repaint that crap when you can do it now, especially since you plan to run aggressive wheels and tires.

I'm located <2 miles from foxwoods
The respirator was being used by me, the one who actually was painting. My friend jon was just posing for pics lol. The front fenders are already rolled to clear the tires. The rears are all flared out and meet the rears as they should. I'm sorry if the pics suck.
Sorry I do have one. Just trying to make my posts look good lol.

Pics don't suck, I can tell from them that the point you will run into issues with is at the rear bumper bolt section. I can explain in more detail if you want and I know because I've done all that 'clearancing' before. Flare the top all you want, where you're going to have issue is the rear most section of the quarter and the bumper bolt location. Just trying to help you not run into an issue where you need to hack away at your freshly painted quarters.
