Alright so i've had quite a few trials and tribulations with my evo since i got it, its a RR 03 that i picked up with 40k miles, it had a faded paint job, hazy headlights, a crappy tune, and got a transfer case whine a few weeks after purchasing,
So finally after they replaced the whole drivetrain in an attempt to figure out what the transfer case whine was coming from. I got her back, first got some mods,
Muse licp
Walbro 255
Buschur TBE with HF cat (came on car)
Hallman MBC
And took her in for a tune at JMS racing, the car ran 10x better.
Then i got it repainted and got a nose chop and painted my tail lights, black housed and polished the headlights while i was at it. This is where she stands now..
The car is still under warranty so im taking it easy with the mods, im thinking about getting a test pipe next, maybe uicp and intake, intercooler, then going for a retune, this friday i will be going to the 1/4 mile tracking, hoping to break into the12s but not sure if i can do it. Ill update this thread with mods, time slips etc.
Any suggestions tips and advice are welcome

A quick mod that will make a world of difference would be a shorty antenna 
Other than that it looks a lot better than when you got it. You did a nice job on the headlights/nose chop and are the tails tinted OEM 8 tails?

Theyre painted stock 8 tails! they look sort of cheap imo, the clear coat didnt want to stick to them very well but they look better than the stock chrome, eventually i want to redo them with the red pinstriping like the authentic VII

Wait, wut? Warranty? 03? How in the...
I bought my 03 BRAND NEW when they first arrived in the states and I believe my warranty was voided within 4 months and a couple thousand miles...for a turboback exhaust.

haha oh yea.. its an extended warranty i bought through the dealership.they already replaced my transfer case, transmission, rebuilt the rear diff, and i got a free clutch job because of the warranty
