Question NRG steering wheel quality?!

I was looking into replacing my steering wheel, and NRG offers some for a good price. However, I have heard that they were kinda cheap like the ebay ones and flexed real easy. Is this true??? Thanks in advance for your time.

I was looking at this one for $98

I'm not sure about the wheels, but nrg makes nice hubs and other parts. That wheel is worse than the stocker in my opinion though.

^^^^ Yeah, I agree with you there, but is it that much of a difference for $70 more.... I have never handled an nrg in person.

If it was me I'd wait and get a nice Nardi wheel.

NRG is no better than what you already have on OEM... Sorry man, but in this case, you get what you pay for

i wouldnt throw an NRG steering wheel in my evo, considering MOMO is DEFINETLY a better quality wheel. if your not into getting another momo, check out nardi or personel brand wheels they make very nice quality.

dont get the nrg wheels. some of them feel flimsy. i had a nardi in my dc2 and it was stiff and perfect. momo wheels are awesome as well. of course theres always ballar key!s racing.

I second everything they said, three days after I bought my evo I swapped in my Momo wheel off my eclipse and it only took that long because I had to wait for my NRG hub to come in... It's been a great combo for me! To the point where Momo is the only brand with the exception of maybe Sparco that I'm considering to replace mine.

Personally, I'd go with a Personal steering wheel with an NRG hub & quick release. NRG's steering wheels are kinda ****ty.
