Try a body shop that does custom work. Hot rod and mini truck shops is where I'd start, since shaved doors are popular in both crowds. If you're having any paint work done, I'd suggest waiting until after the doors are shaved to get the car painted. The doors are going to need it, and if you're already having new bumpers or something installed you may as well have them all done at once.

Shave'em! I'm shaving mine around march. I'm from the mini truckin crowd, and I disagree with the "door poppers are a headache" statemenent. I've had mine for over 3 years and not once been locked outta my truck. It makes the body look so slick, I cant wait to do mine.

So the opinion seems to be shifting lol. What would you guys say is a fair price to just patch and smooth the holes?

Im gettn alot of stuff put on (widebody kit) . So the whole cars gettn painted

No side markers already and im slappn the raliart mirrors on . Can't really shave the trunk keyhole its a cf doluck trunk .I am on a pretty tight budget here so that may play a factor in getting them done.im still paying my way through college and we all know what an evo car note is and jdm parts cost so there isn't much extra lol.

And yep smithtown li

prices are gonna vary a lot from shop to shop. Its gonna be hard to just throw a number out there. The holes arent so much the problem, but the dip behind the actual handle. The shop you use might have to make filler plates, which isnt hard but can be time consuming. I'd guess $50-$100 a door, and like I said thats a guess, could be way off lol
