Wow. I hope this doesn't end badly for you. He pays a fine for the damages/vandalism, but you are openly admitting you assaulted him and you threatened his life on camera. I think I'd take the video down.

We used to have guys show up at our dealer on Pearl Harbor day cussin' about Mitsubishis and all of us going to hell for selling them. For those of you that keep asking "why", Mitsubishi made the A6M-Zero, the most notorious of all fighter planes and the one that did most of the damage on that day. No one seems to remember that Subaru (Nakajima became Fuji Heavy) made the torpedo bombers, but then they don't share the name with the parent company.

Maybe some scoobie owner is also in the same scenario.. and yea you kinda assaulted the man when he made no threat to you. i know your adrenaline was rushing and you just did what you thought was right but you should probably look at taking the video down and laying low for a while. in the end he might be able to press charges on you for assault and battery.

I have a few friends in the navy so I am shocked that anyone would do this.

Its not really considered assault when you are protecting your property, I defended my car then I stopped I didn't just keep beating on him like I easily could have. Also A verbal threat like that will not hold up in any court, I didn't have a weapon or any real way of threatening his life.

This guy painted about 6 cars before mine so he probably planned on doing this alll day long.

Wow is all i thought when i saw the video. But its sad for vets to stoop down to this level, yes pearl harbor hurts but because we drive a Japanese vehicle doesn't mean we support what happened. Also good on your part for whooping his ***, some people just need a reality check on crimes they commit even if it means a *** kicking.

I also want to add that if it wasn't for my motion sensors on my car I never would have caught this guy.

I dont know about the laws there but Id be careful. You could very easily have an assault charge on your hands if the guy decides to do something about it. But what an ******* he was... I dont get what people are thinking sometimes, wow.
