I think this will be my last interior modification, Gruppe-S 60mm gauge bezel wrapped in suede. Matches nicely with all of the other suede pieces, my buddy wrapped the bezel and did a flawless job, its not so easy to do a piece like this (he also did my entire interior)

I also did the red bulbs on the HVAC controls. I bought both red bulbs and LED bulbs to understand which look better... its not that LED's arn't bright, but they don't disperse the light 90 degree's out from the bulb so the clear plastic insert on the control panel doesn't allows the light to distribute evenly.... so I used the regular red bulbs which are pictured below. I believe they make Tri-LED's which have them mounted 2 on the side and one on top, these may work better.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the new addition, maybe my last suede piece will be the rear deck top... but ehhh its not so noticeable.

I haven't hooked up the gauges 100%, but they are Premium ProSport 60mm, Boost, Oil press, Oil Temp.

haha, I know now it doesn't go at all...... The one in my other car changes color, this I may have to look into.

 

^^ do you have your dash in suede as well?? I could see that being very had to get dust out of....or do you just vacuum it?? just curious....

 

Where did you get the red HVAC bulbs?

 

The dash is covered in suede, check out the link ^^^ if you wanted to see more pics....I do vacuum it, and/or I use a lint brush, its actually very simple. The main reason I covered the dash was to get rid of the glare in the summer time.

I found that the actual non-LED bulbs are actually different brightness.. so because the are so cheap, I rec. you buy twice as many as you need to sort that out.
